What’s the 411?

FAQs

    • Our space is designed with children ages 0-6 years in mind. We offer free admission for children under 1 year of age when accompanied by a sibling with paid admission.

    • Due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability.

    • We’re likely to be at capacity on rainy and cold days. We recommend checking the forecast, planning ahead, and booking your playtime in advance.

    • Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility.

    • Adults are responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted.

    • All guests, including adults, are required to sign our release waiver.

    • All guests, including adults, must wear socks in the play area. Children's socks must be non-slip. If needed, socks can be purchased for $3.50.

    • All members and open play guests are welcome to enjoy our café and lounge space. No food or drink is allowed in the play area.

    • Those exclusively visiting the café are welcome to enjoy food and beverages to-go or on our outdoor patio. Indoor seating is reserved for guests using our play space.

    • For the health and safety of all guests, if you or your child(ren) have any signs of illness (runny nose, cough, etc.) please do not visit the play space. We reserve the right to deny entry if anyone in your party shows visible signs of illness. If you’re sick, please make plans to play another day.

    • For the enjoyment of all guests, we do not allow birthday celebrations during open play hours and/or outside of our birthday party bookings. This includes cake, gifts, balloons, etc. While we’d love to celebrate with you, we hope you understand that these “extras” during open play take away from other guests’ experiences.

    • We know potty training is tough! If your little one is not fully potty trained, please use a diaper or pull-up when visiting the space. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 if an accident occurs in our play space.

  • Real Talk. We know children can be a little grimy, especially during "sniffles season."

The safety of our guests is our top priority and that begins with strict cleaning protocols.

Once open (can't come soon enough!) our play space and toys will be cleaned and sanitized by our staff throughout open play. We'll also do a daily deep clean after play time where we sanitize all surfaces and toys.

Our entire play area will be a "shoe free" zone to keep the germs away from crawlers' hands. We also understand that sometimes toys can end up in little mouths so we'll place “Yuck buckets” throughout the play area for toys that need immediate sanitizing.

It's important to us that our cleaning products are effective, but also safe to be used around children.

We use Force of Nature, "an EPA-registered sanitizer & medical-grade disinfectant that kills 99.9% of germs, mold, and mildew and is on the EPA’s approved list for COVID-19 (List N). It has no harmful chemicals, residues or fumes, and earns the highest possible rating from Mayo Clinic’s Skin Safety Rating System. It’s a rinse-free disinfecting champ that kills respiratory viruses and the viruses that cause flus. It's also the only cleaner & deodorizer you can buy with no added fragrances, dyes, preservatives or surfactants, no skin or respiratory allergens or irritants."

  • Our café offers gourmet coffee, specialty beverages, wraps, salads, snacks and more. We have so many delicious options, that we suspect once you taste what we have, you won’t look back! You can check out our menu here.

All that said, we recognize kids can be picky. If you’re little one reallyyyy wants to bring their own cheddar bunnies or applesauce pouch, we say go for it.

However, please note that we are a nut-free facility, which helps keep all of our guests safe. Leave your PB&J at home, please.

  • Yes! You are welcome to drop in for a coffee or a bite if you’re not visiting for open play. Visit our café menu page to learn more about our food & drink offerings.

Stroller parking is limited inside the café. If you are driving to visit us, please consider leaving your stroller in your car.
