Riverdale, NJ - Coming Soon

Hi! I’m Phoebe, one of the newest franchise owners of Small Town Play Café here in Riverdale, NJ.  I am so excited to bring a light and bright play cafe to our Northern New Jersey community.

As a local resident, I grew up in our uniquely situated set of towns (nearby Pequannock township!).  Our area is a blend of suburban families, beautiful highlands, and mountain towns.  While beautiful, I’ve often felt that our area has been missing child-centric spaces, which was especially challenging as a new mom trying to find a sense of community and connection. I set out to create the space I’ve been searching for – for the community and for my own family.

I partnered with Small Town Play Café to bring this dream to life. I was inspired by the sense of community that was created in the first location in Westfield; partnering with local vendors and suppliers, building stronger neighborhood bonds, and ensuring they were putting their local community first.  Small Town is simply that; it’s a dedicated space for us and OUR small town.
